About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the senior operational leader and primary point of contact for a federal contract supporting enterprise-wide medical device maintenance, repair, logistics, training, and advisory services. The Program Manager will oversee all contract and task order activities under an IDIQ contract supporting Army and Defense Health Agency (DHA) environments. This role ensures successful execution of all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements across multiple locations while maintaining strict compliance with federal, DoD, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of the IDIQ contract and task orders.
  • Manage lifecycle execution and ensure compliance.
  • Serve as liaison to KO and COR.
  • Manage internal/external reporting and executive briefings.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Establish KPIs and manage schedules (IMS).
  • Conduct performance reviews and improve operations.
  • Manage 25–100+ personnel.
  • Lead staffing, onboarding, and development.
  • Oversee subcontractor network and compliance.
  • Manage biomedical and lab equipment lifecycle.
  • Ensure calibration and compliance standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
  • Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder coordination.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
