About the position

Axiologic Solutions LLC, based in Northern Virginia, is seeking a Program Manager to join our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. This role involves general oversight and overall execution of the contract, providing support and direction to meet targeted outcomes and satisfy the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact for any programmatic issues that may arise under this task order and must designate a backup to ensure uninterrupted access for the customer. Additionally, adherence to the requirements referenced in section 7: Program and Contract Management is essential.

Responsibilities

• General oversight and overall execution of the contract providing support and direction to meet targeted outcomes and satisfy the PWS requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact for any programmatic issues that may arise under this task order.
• Designate an individual to be the backup for the CPM to ensure the customer has uninterrupted access to the contractor.
• Adhere to the requirements referenced in section 7: Program and Contract Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of Project Management or Deputy PM experience leading similar types of efforts, in terms of scope and dollar value within the IC.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in at least 70% of the required functional areas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a degree that provided a minimum of 24 hours in one or more of the fields identified above.
• 15 years of demonstrative hands-on experience in project management, agile development, software engineering or equivalent experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI FSP Poly required.
