About the position
The Reality Labs & AI Partnerships organization focuses on building and managing partnerships that are crucial to the success of Meta's company priorities. As the Reality Labs and AI Partnerships team scales into a multifaceted, global organization spanning multiple ecosystems including XR, AI, Strategic Technology Partners, OEM, Developer Relations and AI GTM, we need a Program Manager who can directly support leadership to tighten the rhythm of the business, generate data-driven insight, dive into products or processes to fix what's broken, and surface clear signal over noise. This Program Manager would sit inside the Strategy & Operations team, partnering directly with and supporting leadership (VPs) to install-and continuously improve-the operating system that keeps us aligned and moving. This role should drive clarity and momentum: bridging strategy, execution, deal work, and communications without acting as a gatekeeper.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 12+ years work experience including 5+ years experience with operations and/or program management at a tech company, startup, or strategy consulting firm
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility programs end-to-end under tight timelines with shifting priorities
- Experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight and leading cross-functional teams towards a common goal
- Experience leading initiatives involving large-scale organizational transformations
- Grasp of the organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes
- Experience creating long and short-form communications, including compiling briefing materials and developing presentations with a high level of craft
- Ability to distill complex ideas simply through a variety of mediums and to zoom in and out effortlessly based on audience
- Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen
- Experience working with executive/C-suite employees, internally and externally
- Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion
- Exposure to AR/VR, AI, hardware, or scaled partner ecosystems
