The Integrated Solutions Program Manager (Specialist, Third-Party or Carrier & GA Programs) is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents and/or programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in financial services, bank operations, wires or similar position
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Punctuality and timeliness
- Very organized with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Internet
Responsibilities
- Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting procedures & guidelines.
- Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.
- Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.
- Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.
- Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service.
- Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other Specialty program quotes/accounts as needed.
- May perform miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.
