About the position

Being a Program Manager with our Adolescent Behavioral Health, Residential Program at Devereux has its Advantages! Every day as a Program Manager you will ensure the safety and well being of individuals in our care. You will plan and implement residential program services for assigned individuals, assist in providing supervision of individuals in program activities and leisure time, on and off facility grounds, and maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals. You will provide leadership, guidance and support to staff in assigned programs and assist and act in the absence of the Program Director in areas involving staffing, program delivery, financial management, regulatory compliance, and integration with the treatment team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well being of individuals in our care.
  • Plan and implement residential program services for assigned individuals.
  • Assist in providing supervision of individuals in program activities and leisure time, on and off facility grounds.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff in assigned programs.
  • Assist and act in the absence of the Program Director in areas involving staffing, program delivery, financial management, regulatory compliance, and integration with the treatment team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.
  • At least three years experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Mental Health/Behavioral Health disorders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Schedule of Mon-Fri; 8am-4pm; will need some flexibility.
  • Annual Rate of $60,122-$68,539.08 (dependent upon experience).
