About The Position
This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth operations and completion of work product of the office. The Program Director will work to maintain a positive relationship and office environment for all, coaching and leading the office through program changes, and relaying information timely from the ESL corporate office and funders.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services field or a General Studies or Liberal Arts degree with a minimum of sixteen (16) hours of social service coursework in one concentration.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years as a Support Coordinator Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing requirements of contract(s) are met timely and successfully
- Quality Control
- Supervision of Support Coordination Supervisors
- Maintain the Quality Assurance Plan
- Monitor supervision binders at least quarterly
- Provide oversight of daily operations
- Provide oversight of interviewing, hiring, and training
- Responsible for billing procedure processes
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and disseminate directives/info effectively and timely
- Ensure necessary training and tools are provided for staff
- Meet billing quotas
- Provide budget oversight
- Discipline and coaching of direct reports
- Complete annual performance review of each direct report at least annually
