About The Position

Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in behavioral health services, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs in a behavioral health setting.
Experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning within a healthcare environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform program development and improvements.
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the behavioral health sector.
Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology for program tracking and reporting.
