About the position

The Program Administrator for Fellowship Programs at the USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy is responsible for overseeing project management, strategic planning, and program coordination for the Fellowship programs. This role aims to ensure the successful execution and delivery of fellowship training programs that develop professionals to meet future industry needs through innovative and collaborative training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer project planning and tracking tools for the USC Mann Industry Fellowship Program.
• Lead and coordinate priority projects, tracking deliverables and timelines while managing risks.
• Plan and execute meetings for up to 100 people, including logistics and vendor management.
• Develop and document standardized processes to support fellowship program administration.
• Design and implement surveys and data assessments for continuous improvement of programs.
• Manage program budgets and collaborate with finance and external partners on financial matters.
• Serve as a point of contact for fellows, industry partners, and prospective students.
• Lead and coordinate recruitment, interview, and selection processes for fellowship candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of directly related professional experience in program administration.
• Strong project management skills and experience in event planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with social media and program marketing.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
