About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Coke Florida sells, markets, manufactures and distributes over 600 products of The Coca-Cola Company and other partner companies including Monster Beverage Corporation and BODYARMOR. Coke Florida is looking for a Profit Growth Management Business Partner based out of our Tampa HQ location, working Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering disciplines OR equivalent entrepreneurial business experience with proven business and people leadership.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the area of Business Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, or Operations.
  • Must be willing to travel 10% to 20% of the time.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use various tool sets available to resolve complex business situations. I.e., SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Access, SQL, etc.
  • Must have strong end to end business understanding and capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer management or category management experience highly preferred.
  • Specific experience SAP APO and statistical modeling is preferred.
  • Strong self-motivation to improve capabilities of self and others through various means of learning methods.
  • Highly business process oriented.
  • Must be strong in entrepreneurial business acumen.
  • Must be courageous in thinking with the ability to weigh the available options considering the risk and rewards of the options.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Coke Florida's commercial and customer constituents through collaborative evaluation of price, package, planning processes and decisions to deliver the company business objectives.
  • Operates and embraces the team’s principles of creating a "one" consensus forecast, managing integrated business processes of planning, enabling execution of segmented customer and consumer service models, allocating resources to optimize business outcomes, and supporting disciplined and sustained profitable growth.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as customer, marketing, field, planning, etc., to understand business strategies and tactics.
  • Assesses and evaluates forecast validity based on promotional activities or trends, identifying risks or opportunities with recommendations.
  • Seeks creative options for achieving optimal results with a focus on sustained profit growth, considering full P&L categories.
  • Partners with the Profit Growth Analysis team on modeling needs and output.
  • Champions the ability to test pilot ideas with the intent to expand and scale optimal business driving initiatives.
  • Builds the annual business plan in conjunction with customer teams, incorporating marketing programs.
  • Leverages insights, internal/external data to build context in the decision support process.
  • Builds the capability and business acumen of key constituents supported by the business partners.
  • Develops the price package plan based on prescribed objectives and initiatives.
  • Supports the definition and design of pricing architecture.
  • Provides recommendations on pricing exceptions.
  • Leads and evaluates program design work needed to enable commercial execution in the marketplace.
  • Performs other assigned duties relating to supporting Coke Florida's business needs.
