Responsibilities

• Climb stairs/walk-ups carrying furniture
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture
• Pack and unpack customers' items according to training and protocols
• Wrap/prepare customers' items to prevent damage during transit
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude

Requirements

• Must be professional in appearance and customer service oriented
• Ability to lift heavy furniture items and operate small hand tools
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to take direction from management and experienced movers
• Ability to follow company policies and training
