About the position

You will work full-time with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and have a compensation plan that allows you to control your income. The office is located in Pelham, and you must be able to report there every morning to start your shift. The average pay ranges from $13 to $19 an hour, paid weekly, with the potential to earn more if you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car.
Responsibilities
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- If a team lead, manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Ability to come to the office in Pelham every day to report for your shift
