About the position
The Professional Driver position at RSC Transportation Inc involves safely transporting school-aged children in various types of vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a motor vehicle in accordance with all state and federal traffic laws while driving school-aged children.
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, mini-vans, and wheelchair vans.
- Assist students as needed, including helping them enter and exit the vehicle and securing them in car seats and booster seats.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, school, and company staff.
Requirements
- A School pupil transport license (7D Certificate) preferred, with assistance provided to obtain it.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have held a driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years.
- Satisfactory driving record with no suspensions.
- Ability to pass a background check, CORI, and SORI.
