About the position

The Productivity Coach/Real Estate Trainer at Keller Williams Classic Realty NW is a pivotal role aimed at enhancing the productivity of non-capping associates to help them achieve Capper status. This position involves collaboration with the Market Center's leadership team to drive engagement in training programs and support agents in reaching their professional goals. The ideal candidate is a top producer with a strong track record in real estate, demonstrating leadership and accountability while fostering the success of others.

Responsibilities

  • Move new and non-capping agents to Capper status
  • Recruit new and non-capping agents using LORE and set standards on productivity in the first 90 days
  • Utilize the 'Top Down Report' to identify potential candidates for the Productivity Coaching program
  • Coach associates on the activities that will lead them to their desired results
  • Collaborate with Market Center leadership to consistently communicate Market Center value
  • Meet weekly with associates in Productivity Coaching to review their key metrics and hold them accountable to completion of actions
  • Track associate results and share with the leadership team
  • Work with the MCA to implement regular productivity opportunities and resources
  • Support the MCA in generating, implementing, and communicating the monthly training calendar
  • Promote Productivity Coaching at associate orientation and team meetings
  • Attend Market Center Meetings, KWRI Growth Calls, and KW MAPS Productivity Coaching calls
  • Regularly attend training programs and utilize the MAPS Playbook
  • Guide highly productive associates to KW MAPS Mastery as needed

Requirements

  • Sales experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Real Estate License (Required)
  • Superior goal setting, planning, and accountability skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Learning-based attitude
  • Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum: Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems
  • Record of sales success in real estate
  • Track record of success in past jobs/tasks

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in coaching or training roles
  • Familiarity with Keller Williams systems and tools
