About The Position

Ocean Spray is seeking an Entry Level Production Worker for their Middleboro facility. This plant is a large processing facility with multiple production lines, producing a significant portion of the company's Sweetened Dried Cranberry volume. The role operates on a 12-hour rotating night shift, involves year-round indoor work, and includes paid breaks. Requirements

Must maintain excellent attendance reliability.
Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, 12hr nights, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays.
Ability to work overtime.
Ability to climb ladders and traverse elevated platforms with frequent standing and walking.
Ability to detect differences in color shades and brightness.
Must be able to lift low to medium weight on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with all Safety and Quality standards, processes, procedures.
Must possess good interpersonal skills required to work in a team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, or as part of a team to resolve issues.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintaining, cleaning, and sanitation of the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills, etc.).
Screening final product to ensure there is no foreign material.
Creating appropriate documentation.
Operation of extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment.
Performing quality tests.
