About The Position

As a Production Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in the preparation of our made to order shirts. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team focused on all shirt orders from start to finish in the production process. We’ll provide on-site training - no prior production experience required, just the right attitude! The schedule is Monday - Friday, daytime hours (no late nights or weekends required).

Requirements

Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfort with repetitive tasks and following directions
Teamwork mentality, with ability to work independently when needed
Basic computer/technology familiarity
Must be able to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

Working with our inventory system to stock shirts on shelves
Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to product the output of orders
Layout designs evenly and accurately on shirts to press
Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Ensure quality standards are met on every order and meet company guidelines
Use a heat press to finish the production of the shirts
