The Waudena Production Support Specialist will exemplify the high standards that have come to be associated with WSC. The maintenance and growth of WSC is every ESOP owner's prime objective.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage inventory cycle counts
• Assist with cycle counts
• Check 'stage out' daily
• Weekly audit on sundry items
• Respond to emails about adjustments
• Drop orders and set daily production activities
• Create and manage daily production metric reports
• Expedite and follow through on customer orders as required
• Facilitate the functionality of analytic systems and paperless production processing systems
• Assist with non-production purchases and generate non-production purchase requisitions/PO's
• Support continues improvement initiatives specific to safety and quality as defined by management
• Maintain a positive and clean work environment in conjunction with maintaining all safety procedures
• Assist with employee culture initiatives

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining solid communication skills both verbally and especially by e-mail
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership skills that portray excellent team work mentality
• Ability to work cross functionally with other departments within Waudena and Wausau Supply Company to achieve goals
• Problem solving and innovative solutions to eliminate obstacles
• Strong desire to improve analytic methods and processes across Waudena including manufacturing, logistics and purchasing
• Superb data analysis skills
• Ability to maintain positive moral within the workforce.
