If so, we are seeking a Production Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing and is constantly engaged in managing multiple priorities across the production area. Must show a high aptitude for effective communication with focus on direction, coaching, and training. Responsible for a high degree of “game time” decision making that affects efficiency, safety, quality, and the overall thrill of our customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of previous production experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
  • Demonstrated team leadership and positive attitude with proven aptitude for giving direction, coaching, and training as well as planning, monitoring, and scheduling work
  • Detail oriented and ability to analyze/solve problems
  • Is reliable and takes initiative
  • Strong computer skills
  • Models safe work practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and coaching to Production Associates and Machine Operators
  • Assign the production schedule with focus on on-time delivery, as well as efficiency of operators performing tasks
  • Ensure all employees are up to date and in compliance with training on policies, procedures, and programs
  • Work with Quality, Maintenance, and Management to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production problems
  • Generate ideas and implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and improve employee morale
  • Provide recommendations and inputs into the employee evaluation and disciplinary process
  • Maintain an efficient, accurate, and orderly warehouse to sustain all cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Maintain safe working environment consistent with Berlin Safety Manual
  • Support branch metrics
  • Serve as a role model for the employer and employee portions of the Berlin Values
  • Other tasks as required
