About The Position

Maker of the world-famous Formica brand of laminate products and a leading worldwide designer/manufacturer of decorative surfacing materials, Formica Corporation puts its artistic signature on a remarkable variety of commercial and residential interior surfaces. As remarkable as the diverse applications of our products is the opportunity for impressive and rewarding success we offer when you join us at our Evendale, Ohio facility as a Production Supervisor. This position is for rotating schedule. The position will be responsible for leadership and execution on the plant floor, including safety, quality, production efficiency, employee performance management, operator / employee development, and continuous process improvement. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fluid environment. Experience in high performance work systems and LEAN manufacturing is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing processes
• Solid track record of manufacturing leadership
• Available to work flexible hours including off shifts and weekends
