The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the overall activities of the production operations for the 1st shift, including workplace safety and food safety. This role involves meeting cost, quality, and service targets, managing and developing staff to create a high-performance work team, and implementing cost-saving projects to improve departmental efficiency. The supervisor will also engage with network peers to identify and promote improvements, execute talent management strategies, and ensure the health and welfare of associates. Key responsibilities include evaluating daily production reports, maintaining production line balance, understanding and implementing the daily production schedule using the AS400 system, working with temporary employment agencies, and being an active member of the MRP group to achieve order fill goals. The role also requires ensuring all safety and corrective action procedures are followed according to FE SOPs.
