Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Assist in training our junior operators
Work with team members and ensure team objectives are met
Ensure efficient and accurate information transfer between different shifts
Looking to grow and learn more about our chemical processes
Attention to detail
Can maintain good housekeeping practices
Excellent attendance record

Nice To Haves

A forklift driver’s license is a plus
Prior experience in (chemical) manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of the environment, including energy conservation.
Ensuring production of material meets strict Quality standards
Preparing raw materials, charging the reactors
Taking samples during the manufacturing process
Pumping our final products into their packages (eg drums, tank wagons or others)
Ensuring that all waste generated on shift is properly labeled and stored
