Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
  • Reliable attendance is important for team operations.
  • Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
  • Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
  • Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow formulas to ensure the customers receive the ideal dry blended ingredients to flavor their products.
  • Operation of a variety of production and processing equipment to manufacture products efficiently and within all specifications and quality standards.
  • Pull raw materials, measure, use lift trucks and/or cranes, monitor and document production results.
  • Maintain safe processes to ensure that the best product is shipped daily.
  • Meet and exceed all government regulations, policies and related processes.
  • May become leaders for other employees and consistently communicate with the production team.
