Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
Reliable attendance is important for team operations.
Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow formulas to ensure the customers receive the ideal dry blended ingredients to flavor their products.
Operation of a variety of production and processing equipment to manufacture products efficiently and within all specifications and quality standards.
Pull raw materials, measure, use lift trucks and/or cranes, monitor and document production results.
Maintain safe processes to ensure that the best product is shipped daily.
Meet and exceed all government regulations, policies and related processes.
May become leaders for other employees and consistently communicate with the production team.
