The Manager of Production Operations reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for all aspects of printing in a production operations environment. The role oversees Operations Supervisors across multiple shifts, ensuring productivity, quality, client and associate satisfaction. The Manger of Production of Operations plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into day-to-day execution, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture that puts clients and associates at the forefront. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will perform the majority of your work.
