About The Position

This role involves two main levels of responsibility. Level 1 focuses on analyzing and optimizing existing manufacturing processes to improve performance in terms of security, quality, cost, time, and environment, as well as training personnel. Level 2 involves integrating and launching new processes within the plant, meeting technical and economic objectives, and supporting the Launch Leader in new product development. The main missions include training personnel in processes and skills, ensuring the productivity of existing processes/products, managing technical databases, defining and writing procedures, designing production line layouts, creating and validating time sequences, optimizing processes during the project phase, providing technical input for improvements, maintaining tooling and equipment, ensuring equipment reliability, proposing innovative technical solutions, managing process modifications, negotiating with external providers, validating inspection means, defining and optimizing packaging, ensuring workstation ergonomics, troubleshooting quality problems, using time analysis and SMED for optimization, and applying production standards. For Level 2, responsibilities include coordinating the integration of new products/processes, defining and implementing necessary plant means, participating in project meetings and FMECA processes, leading FMECA working groups, supporting PFMEA, validating specifications for specific means, producing capacity specification means, launching calls for tender, monitoring suppliers, receiving and validating new resources, initializing CAM technical data creation, creating process adjustment sheets, programming specific equipment, conducting CCV/VSM, performing flow and layout studies, conducting station and time studies, compiling manufacturing files, starting production of new products, and detecting and resolving incidents.
