The Production Manager at NuFace Home Improvements plays a crucial role in coordinating projects and managing installation crews. Responsibilities
- Reviewing contracts
- Ordering materials for all job types
- Performing measurements for roofing, siding, windows, doors
- Problem solving on job sites
- Manage the installation team
- Maintain 100% customer satisfaction
- Achieve 100% positive feedback from customers on installers
- Contact customers weekly to keep them informed of the production timeline
- Request customer referrals or remind them of the referral program
- Planning and scheduling all installations
- Filing building permits
- Managing relationships with vendors
- Managing incoming products and warehouse
- Quality control and install training
- Preparing and gathering products for installers
- Maintaining customer folders and production in the CRM
- Assisting installers with issues during installation as needed
- Conducting job site visits
- Delivering/picking up job trailers
- Collecting completion certificates and payments from customers
- Maintaining calendar and updating with scheduled installs
- Maintaining calendar for installers' requested off days
- Coordinating all warranty and service calls
- Reviewing job costs to determine recommendations for improvement
- Completing analysis on root causes of service calls
- Reviewing information with Owners and General Manager
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in production or installation management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
