About the position

We are seeking team members for various manufacturing positions across multiple departments. Each role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high-quality standards in our products. Candidates must be prepared to work in a fast-paced production environment and perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently in some positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production floor
• Operate floor equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production
• Operate shellers to remove shells from products
• Maintain and clean shellers and surrounding equipment
• Follow safety protocols to prevent injury
• Assemble and finish cabinets and other wood products
• Operate power tools, such as table saws and sanders
• Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production
• Operate metal fabrication equipment, such as shears and presses
• Cut, bend, and shape metal to specifications
• Follow safety protocols to prevent injury
• Assemble and finish slide-out components
• Operate power tools, such as drill presses and grinders
• Apply finishes, such as paint and varnish, to products
• Operate power tools, such as sanders and buffers
• Operate laminators to apply laminates to products
• Maintain and clean laminators and surrounding equipment
• Operate welding equipment, such as MIG and TIG welders
• Weld metal to specifications
• Assemble and finish baggage door components
• Operate power tools, such as drill presses and grinders

Requirements

• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with power tools and equipment
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, or metal fabrication processes
