Responsibilities

• Work with the Process Engineer and Production team to create, update, and upload Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Conformity of Productions (COPS) into the SharePoint system.
• Collaborate with the Process Engineer to implement and execute new and current projects.
• Learn standard concepts that support the manufacturing process.
• Work with the Production Team and Manufacturing Manager to implement lean initiatives.
• Update manufacturing record retention storage.
• Assist in safety action plans and audits as a team member.
• Collect data used to define changes in manufacturing processes and equipment, improvement opportunities, root cause analysis, and waste elimination.

Requirements

• Computer skills must include MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to perform tasks and follow up on assignments.
• Safe work practices, proper ethics, and attention to detail.
• Leadership ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
