Responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity within the department as well as troubleshooting production problems, perform machine set-up and work to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties.

Requirements

Extensive job knowledge of the area assigned
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management
Ability to handle standard physical requirements (lifting 55 LBS objects, standing for long periods of time, ETC.)
Must adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
Experience with SAP/ERP programs
Operating a forklift
1+ year of experience in Assembly/Material Handling

Responsibilities

Overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity within the department
Troubleshooting production problems
Perform machine set-up and work to close tolerances
