This role is crucial in providing customers with the best experience in the home improvement industry, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to manage interactions between construction crews, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts for accuracy of color, size, and other job-related details.
• Create production documents for installation crews to use in the field.
• Order materials and schedule delivery to job sites.
• Contact customers to schedule installation dates and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Work with the Production Administrator Supervisor to continually enhance service quality standards.
• Communicate with and process permits from building departments.
• Take status calls and report back to customers with updates.
• Track projects for the successful completion of all phases of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other staff members.
• Monitor production efficiencies and recommend corrections to meet targets.
• Interact with various departments to service customers.
