About The Position

Product Preparation Specialist Blue Diamond Attachments – Knoxville, TN Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for a detail-oriented Product Preparation Specialist to help ensure our Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) attachments are showroom-ready before shipment to our dealership partners. In this role, you will inspect, touch up, repair, and prepare attachments so they leave our facility looking their best and ready for display and sale. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Experience with paint spray equipment, or automotive/equipment touch-up is helpful
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform light assembly or basic repairs
• Ability to inspect products and identify cosmetic or minor mechanical issues
• Ability to work safely in a shop or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Inspect CCE attachments and identify cosmetic damage or areas requiring touch-up
• Perform paint touch-ups and refinishing to restore attachments to a showroom-ready condition
• Assist with light assembly and minor repairs as needed
• Ensure attachments meet quality and appearance standards before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including paint and prep areas
• Work closely with the shipping and production teams to keep products moving efficiently
