Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Content teams to gather, document, and refine product proposals.
• Create detailed documentation outlining product requirements, features, and enhancements for version consideration.
• Work directly with the CEO to transform approved goals into actionable product requirements.
• Manage project workflows for cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product versioning and testing.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum methodologies to maintain responsiveness to market demands.
• Develop methods for quantitative and qualitative feature assessments for CEO review.
• Conduct interviews with clients and partners to gather feedback for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Strong background in product ownership within technology-driven industries, preferably in real estate, payment processing, blockchain, tokenization, and AI.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• In-depth experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking skills to align product goals with the company's vision.
• Adept at creating environments for constructive feedback.
