About the position

We’re hiring a full-time Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and analytically rigorous environment. In this role, you’ll drive meaningful growth for our clients by owning acquisition strategies, testing models, and continuously optimizing performance. You will develop and executing strategies for launching and growing products, including defining positioning, messaging, and targeting. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders—so strong communication and critical thinking skills are a must. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, excels at client delivery, and is excited to contribute to the growth of our consulting practice. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and channel planning
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and leadership teams to shape standout product experiences and support high-priority initiatives
  • Lead the creation of marketing plans that align with business goals and resonate with diverse, global audiences
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product direction and strategic recommendations
  • Manage launch execution across press, policy, and public channels—highlighting product narratives and value
  • Design and optimize the full customer journey, from awareness to retention, ensuring consistency and impact
  • Support client-facing product marketing efforts, delivering actionable strategies and recommendations that meet evolving needs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or product management, with a strong track record of launching impactful initiatives
  • 2+ years of people management experience—skilled at mentoring direct reports, building high-performing teams, and creating a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with internal and external partners to bring products to market
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives across teams and audiences
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving problems through data and insight
  • Comfortable working autonomously while being an engaged, team-first collaborator
  • Project management expertise with a history of driving solutions, removing roadblocks, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in business development—skilled at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving measurable growth
  • Experience in a consulting, tech, or mobile-first environment, especially in areas related to consumer apps, data, or privacy
