Customer Product Marketing is a core extension of Product Marketing at Inspiren. This role owns customer-facing product marketing post-signature and ensures that Inspiren’s value is clearly understood, adopted, and proven throughout the customer lifecycle. You will sit at the intersection of Product Marketing, Clinical Success, Training, and Content. Your focus is turning real customer experience and outcomes into enablement, advocacy, and customer marketing that drives adoption, retention, and expansion. You will also serve as a key steward of the voice of the customer, building structured feedback loops that inform product narratives, roadmap conversations, and go-to-market strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong product thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex products and ecosystems into clear, compelling value for customers.
