About The Position

This role is for a Product Marketing Manager at Sift, focusing on building knowledge systems, agents, and workflows to enhance the productivity of the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, particularly in the context of generative AI. The position involves working horizontally across Sift's product lines to support existing PMMs and the broader Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will have experience building internal AI agents and a strong understanding of evaluation frameworks for AI outputs.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years in product marketing, content strategy, sales enablement, marketing ops, growth, or an adjacent role where GTM artifacts were produced and repetitive work was experienced firsthand.
  • Shipped at least one internal AI assistant (e.g., Glean, Claude, custom GPT) that was actually used by others, with the ability to discuss design decisions.
  • Comfortable with prompt engineering, retrieval design, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience evaluating and selecting AI tools for a team, including vendor procurement, output auditing, and driving adoption.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to maintain a brand voice.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being an early adopter in a role that is being invented in real time.

Nice To Haves

  • Fraud, trust & safety, or risk industry background.
  • Experience on the buy side, sell side, or at a Sift competitor or adjacent player.
  • Light coding fluency (Python or JavaScript), comfort with APIs, and experience with integration tools like MCP, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Specific experience with Anthropic's Claude (Projects, Skills, Agents, or API).
  • Publicly written or spoken about AI work.

Responsibilities

  • Build the source-of-truth substrate by auditing, organizing, and unifying Sift's knowledge about its products, competitors, ICP segments, sales motion, win/loss patterns, and customer language.
  • Ship internal agents that save GTM workflows significant time or unlock consistency, such as competitive Q&A for AEs, first-pass launch briefs, draft messaging for new campaigns, and RFP support.
  • Measure the adoption and quality of shipped agents and iterate on them.
  • Equip the PMM team to operate at higher leverage by evolving the product marketing organization to focus on strategic activities like sales enablement, message refinement, and competitive landscape research.
  • Set evaluation standards for agent quality, including accuracy, voice fidelity, helpfulness, and hallucination rate, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Act as the team's AI tooling lead, evaluating, recommending, and integrating new AI tools as the landscape shifts.
  • Build relationships and develop the necessary expertise to identify valuable AI tools and avoid ineffective ones.

Benefits

  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Transparency around data handling for job applicants.
