Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field) with at least one year of coursework completed.
  • Excellent English speaking, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, interpret insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, and deadlines.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively balance competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization, reporting, or dashboard tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaign and tactic performance data, develop reports and dashboards, and communicate insights through compelling data storytelling to inform marketing strategies and planning.
  • Help develop integrated marketing plans, outlining campaign strategies, objectives, tactics, and timelines.
  • Assist in creating marketing content and campaign assets that engage target audiences and support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed campaign timelines, including schedules of tactic deliverables and a calendar of activities, ensuring all milestones are met within deadlines.
  • Monitor and communicate GTM results to measure tactic effectiveness, identify trends, and guide data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize campaign performance by identifying areas for improvement, recommending enhancements, and helping implement optimization plans.
