About the position

As a Product Manager on our Retention team at Jerry.ai, you will own a critical piece of our mission to radically simplify car ownership. We are building the first super app for car owners, which includes services like insurance, buying/selling, registration, safety, repairs, and parking for over 5 million customers. You will be at the forefront of shaping how our customers engage with our app, directly impacting their lives and our long-term growth. You will partner closely with exceptional product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to solve tangible problems and build features that truly matter, with a direct and significant impact on millions of users and our journey to becoming a $10B business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive tangible improvements in customer retention for our core insurance shopping product by optimizing carrier and payment integrations and leveraging cutting-edge automation.
  • Uncover key opportunities for reducing customer churn through deep-dive analyses and a first-principles understanding of user behavior.
  • Conduct insightful user research and translate those findings into innovative solutions that directly address customer pain points.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years working as a Product Manager in consumer tech, with a track record of impact.
  • Comfortable with rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating their impact on key metrics.

  • Experience navigating the exciting (and sometimes chaotic) world of a startup.
