About the position

The Product Manager for time management capabilities at Elite Technology will play a crucial role in advancing the company's strategic goals. This position involves collaborating with various teams to manage the product lifecycle of time management solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the company's objectives. The role requires a strong focus on customer interaction, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to successfully launch new releases for both cloud and on-premises customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for time management and mobile capabilities.
  • Manage the complete product life cycle including market requirements and product release plans.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to validate requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the user experience design team to create functional and visually appealing products.
  • Work with technology, delivery services, and customer success departments on product design and implementation.
  • Monitor industry trends and summarize findings for management to influence strategy.
  • Research market changes and identify requirements for current and future products.
  • Communicate product roadmap and release plans to the organization and customers.
  • Ensure all product changes are documented accurately in release notes and user guides.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at various events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or 3-5 years' experience in product management and SaaS software development.
  • 3-5 years of experience in legal or law firm administrative support with direct lawyer interaction.
  • Experience managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
  • Experience with direct customer interaction to learn their problems and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to apply SaaS technologies and innovative solutions to customer needs.
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and champion it.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the legal or professional services software market.
  • Experience with practice or financial management software.
