About The Position

The AWS Launch Team, within the AWS Product Marketing organization, is seeking an outstanding Program Manager to lead multi-discipline initiatives that drive how marketing reaches the customer base at scale. This role is central to bringing innovative programs to life by collaborating with brilliant people across the organization. The position involves working cross-functionally with teams across AWS to provide feedback, craft product proposals, and build products and programs that improve how marketing and internal development teams deliver solutions to customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner

Nice To Haves

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels to identify their top pain points and needed improvements, then write proposals to gain project approvals from senior leadership. You'll then write requirements to define the path forward.
• Lead interactions with internal stakeholders across business and technical functions to help make trade-offs that meet project goals and improve programs.
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Influence senior leaders across AWS and communicate changes, issues, and resolutions clearly to all stakeholders.
