About the position

The Technical Product Manager at T-Mobile will play a crucial role in building and integrating the new Oracle ERP platform, focusing on Procurement/Supply Chain and Direct to Consumer operations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to develop a product roadmap, drive adoption, and ensure reliable integrations across various systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders and encourages an agile approach to product management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall product vision, collaborating with architecture, engineering, and development teams.
  • Develop and lead the product roadmap for the ERP integration platform.
  • Define and prioritize feature improvements for enterprise capabilities and specific business unit needs.
  • Create a strategy for migrating existing integration solutions to the new Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Collaborate with architects and security teams to define a comprehensive integration platform vision.
  • Establish an operating model for managing integrations across the Oracle ERP platform.
  • Define RACI for various personas in enterprise architecture and security teams.
  • Partner with QA teams to implement automated test plans.
  • Develop API specification validation methodology and define the linting process for API deployments.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of integrations in the ERP platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing and/or managing integration portfolios.
  • 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software development environment.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP), file-based, and event-driven integrations.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading APIM products such as MuleSoft or Apigee.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Supply Chain processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong grasp of security considerations specific to integrations, including data protection and encryption.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and external vendors.
