Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute professional marketing strategies for RYBREVANT & LAZCLUZE. The Product Manager will be responsible for executing U.S. HCP Professional Personal Promotion initiatives by delivering high-quality, compliant marketing assets and enabling field teams with effective tools and resources. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, and agency partners to drive seamless execution of brand priorities and support HCP engagement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
  • Experience with project management
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • Experience in field sales

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
  • Help lead content development and deployment of field-facing materials, including iCVA.
  • Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and deploy sales enablement tools, such as Veeva Triggers, AIDA, Intelligent Orchestration.
  • Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
  • Drive timelines and ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Gather and incorporate field feedback to continuously improve tools and resources
  • Support collection of insights from market research, analytics, and field teams to inform ongoing execution
