About the position
We’re looking for a Product Manager that’s ready to help our rapidly growing business create innovative experiences within our Casino product. This Product Manager, Games Discovery will ensure FanDuel users that play on Casino are getting an industry leading experience. Your role will be integral in creating seamless access to Casino games customers want to play, fostering a more exciting way to discover new games, and driving customers back to the app to fuel winning moments. You will need to understand and prioritize product and customer needs, define the product vision and OKRs, and working closely with engineering, design, content, commercial and marketing teams to bring solutions to market. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Inform, shape, and drive execution of product initiatives surrounding games discovery FanDuel Casino
- Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
- Assess product opportunities and spearhead the ideation, prioritization, and design of new initiatives
- Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
- Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
- Track and report objectively on product performance and OKRs
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required
- Proven track record of partnering with engineers and designers to deliver successful products
- Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
- Excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
