About the position

The Brand Strategy Manager for CABENUVA at ViiV Healthcare is responsible for advancing an established HIV treatment brand through innovative problem-solving and strategic brand evolution. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to navigate the complex healthcare landscape, ensuring impactful execution of brand strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position is integral to enhancing brand visibility and effectiveness in the market, while also championing customer insights and leading content strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Brand Strategy to ensure impactful, cross-functional pull-through of the new brand strategy.
  • Champion and be a guardian of the voice of the customer (insight).
  • Synthesize upstream and downstream information into actionable strategies to bolster the brand.
  • Lead an innovative, insights-driven, competitive HCP segment-specific content strategy.
  • Assist cross-functional peers in bringing content to life through HCP field force and additional channels.
  • Lead strategic collaboration with the Digital team, media partners, and DTC team.
  • Assist in the development of professional creative concepts, strategies, and message development.
  • Lead the optimization and share-out of the monthly brand health dashboard to leadership.
  • Lead annual brand business planning.
  • Liaise with the Access team, Portfolio team, and Global Brand partners.
  • Partner with strategic leads at the brand's creative agency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in marketing, strategic brand consulting, market research, or business intelligence.
  • Experience in preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations.
  • Experience working with creative agencies of record (AOR).
