About the position
The Product Manager for the Breast Tissue Marker Portfolio at Mammotome is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance sales, profitability, and procedure adoption for breast tissue marker products. This role involves collaboration with various departments to address market challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts. The position is part of the Americas Marketing team and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for the Breast Tissue Marker Portfolio.
- Maximize market penetration and revenue growth through effective positioning, sales force engagement, pricing, and promotion.
- Partner with Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, and Marketing Communications to identify and address field challenges.
- Assist in developing targeted sales campaigns to support regional and national sales goals.
- Oversee the launch of new products, ensuring marketing and sales tools are prepared and deployed.
- Represent the US region in new product development discussions, providing input based on market needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B marketing, business development, medical device sales, or related roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
- Demonstrated experience in product management with a focus on downstream marketing activities.
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- MBA preferred.
