About the position

Street Diligence is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product team in developing new products and enhancing existing offerings. This role involves collaborating closely with the CTO to manage the product roadmap and ensure successful execution of product milestones. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business and technical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product development process from ideation through execution and product growth.
  • Work with the development team to set timelines and ensure all product milestones are met efficiently.
  • Establish mechanisms to gather and analyze customer feedback regularly to ensure the product meets customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay attuned to market trends and competitive differentiators.
  • Foster an environment that encourages creativity and nimbleness within the product team.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes within the product management framework.
  • Manage the work of business analysts while executing on a personal portfolio of projects.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management at a B2B SaaS company, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, development teams, and senior management.
  • Adept at gathering and interpreting customer insights to drive product features that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactive and strategic thinking focused on delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Client-centric attitude, always looking to enhance the client experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with Product/Project Management software such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
