About the position

The Product Logistics Operator at Al-Corn Clean Fuel, LLC is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of feedstocks and products within an industry-leading ethanol facility. This role emphasizes safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous learning, with operators expected to adhere to safety policies, perform minor maintenance, and maintain a clean working environment. The position operates on a 24/7 schedule, typically involving four 10-hour shifts during the week, with potential weekend work depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure grain receiving and storage are operating as expected.
• Ensure DDGS storage and loadout are operating as expected.
• For rail operations and loadout, ensure ethanol and denaturant storage are in order.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all daily documentation and required inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Ensure department compliance with company policies as well as relevant Local, State and Federal regulatory requirements.
• Communicate, verbally or in writing, with other departments to safely plan and execute maintenance repair work per LOTO procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in quality, safety, health, and environmental programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years experience in production environment, with working knowledge of operating or repair of mechanical equipment; pumps, valves, compressors, electrical or instrumentation preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, FRA, and EPA regulations for manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
