About the position

The Senior Associate in Investment Planning within Chase PXT will play a crucial role in the newly formed PXT Investments team, which is responsible for managing and prioritizing technology investments across JPMorgan Chase's Consumer and Community Banking division. This position focuses on institutionalizing the planning and prioritization process, enhancing the investment process through analytical insights, and supporting strategic planning initiatives for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support VP staff to execute the Planning and Prioritization for the Chase PXT agenda across all levels of the organization including the quarterly planning process for 2025 and beyond
• Help assess the operational and strategic performance by frequent assessment of a common value dashboard (including NPV, ROI, CX, RTE performance)
• Anticipate and prepare materials for an Investment Review Forum, enabling Senior Leaders to engage on PXT planning and prioritization
• Create and own reports on insights regarding execution of PXT investment planning & prioritization

Requirements

• 4 years professional experience in a technical field (e.g., finance, product, economics)
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities with problem-solving aptitude
• Experience with tracking and reporting value-based outputs
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written, oral, and visual communications skills and comfort interacting with senior leaders
• Ability to deliver iterative progress quickly

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience as a product manager, program manager, or experience working in a planning role
