Board is currently seeking a Product Enablement Manager, Academy to join our Customer Experience function. The Product Enablement Manager for Board Academy is a Board product expert with experience working with Board customers on implementations and expansions of Board products. This person will work with the Instructional Designers and other Board Academy staff to explain Board so that the Board Academy team can create training and other learning experiences to improve skills of our customers, partners, and employees. This person will also serve as a liaison with the product and engineering teams to bring new product information to Board Academy. This position is hybrid and will be based in our Boston, MA office 3 days a week.
