Responsibilities

• Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the LIM systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release.
• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations.
• Actively participate in scientific publications and forums & present technical work internally and externally.
• Collaborate & support product management, production, and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through the product development process.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Ideally three to five years of related experience in the chemistry industry and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to work with light supervision on a defined project and manage multiple project activities.
• Able to set up experiments and perform standard characterization testing on formulations.
