About the position

The Technical Project Manager will lead multiple squads and clans in the delivery of software projects, utilizing expert knowledge in Lean Project/Program Management and Agile practices. This role focuses on enhancing customer value through effective project execution, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while aligning with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong project/program management to multiple squads and clans.
  • Demonstrate clear project/program leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Manage own time and workload effectively as a self-starter.
  • Lead the development of the Roadmap and prioritization of the delivery pipeline.
  • Oversee large scale enterprise level projects/programs.
  • Facilitate collaborative planning and execution of the production pipeline of work.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer value delivery.
  • Guide continuous improvement initiatives in lean delivery practices across the organization.
  • Align and execute product vision and strategy.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions and assess priorities.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of principles, methods, and practices in Lean Project/Program Management in Software Delivery.
  • Expert knowledge of lean enterprise and Kanban.
  • Advanced knowledge of Products and Engineering environment.
  • Expert working knowledge and application of Lean and Agile practices.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, project and resource planning, and value stream analysis.
  • Experience in risk and issue management, critical path analysis, and dependency mapping.
  • Ability to enhance knowledge through independent learning.
  • Broad knowledge of competitors and their offerings.
