About The Position

This Product Development Engineer (PDE) position is in the Parametric Test area (ETest) and supports electric test programs for discrete devices used to measure and improve performance and reliability as new process technologies and designs are developed. E-test characterizes MOS, ROS, key interconnect and parasitics to develop key technology performance metrics (PDK, CPK) for all technologies including Intel18, Intel14 and beyond. The E-Test groups also develops test programs for structures used to disposition wafers on every Intel Foundry product throughout the company. The PDE job includes working with Device and Quality engineers to define test content, validate designs, develop the actual test program and validate the results on silicon. This also includes developing new or improving existing testing methods and systems to support new designs, improve quality or reduce testing time. In addition the PDE works with operations and module engineers to define high volume systems and with factories across Intel to define and meet capacity constraints.
