The Business Growth & Platform team in Meta's Monetization organization is looking for a Product Design Manager with experience in product design leadership, communication, and people management skills. In this role, you will lead a group of designers that build the experiences to enable every business to securely and effectively take advantage of our Business Tools. Initiatives driven by this role are directly tied to top Monetization-level priorities on Meta Account Access and Business Structures (Advertiser Friction) and are meant to serve, among others, the needs of customers such as Amazon, GroupM, PublicisGroupe. You'll work together with your counterparts in Engineering, Data Science, UX Research, Content Design, and other disciplines to define the strategy, operations, and communications that guide the team to build products that scale for a wide range of advertisers sizes.
